When I begin working on your project, every element is tailored to your specific needs. I offer a certain number of revisions to ensure the final result aligns with your vision. If the initial versions don’t meet your expectations, I’m happy to make adjustments and work on the project until it’s exactly what you need.

I offer the possibility of a refund under specific circumstances. If you decide to cancel the project before any work has started, I will issue a full refund. However, once I begin working on the project, I generally do not offer refunds as the work is fully customized and involves significant time and effort. If, after receiving the initial drafts or concepts, the project doesn’t meet your expectations, I will continue working with you to make necessary improvements.

In the unlikely event that we cannot align after several rounds of revisions, I offer a partial refund based on the work completed up to that point. The amount of the refund will be determined individually, depending on the stage of the project and the work already done.

Once the final version of the project is completed and approved, no further revisions or refunds will be available. The final deliverables will be provided in the agreed format, and the project will be considered complete. If you require additional services after the project is completed, they will be offered at an extra charge.
